That Kind Of Behavior Is No Longer Acceptable

After an investigation, NFL officials that found Raiders head coach Jon Gruden frequently made misogynistic and homophobic comments in emails, insulting people and mocking some of the league's important changes.

Before stepping down Gruden said in a statement issued by the Raiders, "I love the Raiders and do not want to be a distraction. I'm sorry, I never meant to hurt anyone."

In emails sent to Bruce Allen, the ex-president of the Washington Football Team, Gruden called commissioner Roger Goodell a slur used against homosexuals and a "clueless anti football p*ssy." He also complained that Goodell shouldn't have pressured then Rams coach Jeff Fisher to draft "queers," a reference to Michael Sam, a gay player picked by the Rams in 2014.
